Waka IPTV

Terms of use

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Waka IPTV. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them: they are short.

1. A player with no content

Waka is a media player. It comes with no channels, films, series or playlists of its own, and it doesn’t sell, host or recommend any.

To watch anything, you add a playlist from a subscription you hold legally with a provider. We are not linked to any provider and are not responsible for their service, prices or availability.

2. What you play is your responsibility

You may only add playlists and play content you have the right to watch, and you must follow the laws of the country you’re in.

We don’t see, check or control what your provider streams. Any question about that content, or about your subscription, is between you and your provider.

3. Free and Waka Blaze

• Free: one playlist, with live TV, the TV guide, catch-up, reminders, films, series, the Hot list, Keep watching and the kids lock. Ads are shown.

• Waka Blaze: as many playlists as you like, new crates and no ads at all.

Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you confirm a purchase. Crates you already made stay usable if Waka Blaze ends. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

4. Auto-renewing subscriptions

Waka Blaze is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple:

• payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase;

• it renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the current period ends;

• your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends;

• you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel it;

• if a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules. Restore purchases in Settings brings Waka Blaze back on a new device with the same Apple ID.

5. Fair use

Please don’t copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer the app, try to get around its features or the access controls of a provider, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. We may stop supporting uses that do.

6. Apple’s standard EULA

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to Waka IPTV, together with these terms.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its support or any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

7. No warranty

Waka is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard on it, but we can’t promise that it will be free of errors or that every stream, guide entry, catch-up programme or reminder will always work, since much of this depends on your provider, your network and your device.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or problems caused by your provider, your connection or content played in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Waka Blaze in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Waka after an update, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree with them, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.
